Our goal is to help shape the future by using better building practices. We hope to see methodologies like Net Zero, Net Neutral Carbon, and Zero Waste become commonplace. Our homes can be healthier for the environment, healthier for the occupants, and healthier for the native world around us.

We want to get people into a starter home that is affordable.

Through partnerships, government incentive programs, and sweat equity we believe this to be possible. We carefully consider the needs and wants of the occupants and this allows us to anticipate a family’s needs for future additions or renovations at the initial time of planning - all while designing with cost in mind. This makes it easier to add the new bathroom, bedroom, or kitchen expansion as the family’s needs grow.
